i go home for lunch every day to give cody bear his medicine and to let him run around the yard. today i also had to pick up the xmas gift for my boss. (forgot it…not a morning person)
a very rare scene, (cody LAYING in the back yard):
in fact, i have never seen him lay down outside unless told to. it alarmed me at first, but he was fine. i think he was just thinking.
also a rare site this time of the year:
moss AND a succulent still alive this late into winter.
so, back to work now, but i have been taking some time before returning. what did i get my boss who has everything? (as i mentioned in a previous post)
a present for his DOG of course! she is getting a matching collar and leash of his and his wife’s college alma mater.

What a great present. Wish I were your boss. As far as laying around in the yard, maybe Cody Bear is getting more mature. My pups just love to bask in the sun on the weekends. You will find all three of them laying on the lawn. And believe me these dogs have so much energy!
