thanks sandy. it has yellow flowers early, early spring, then it turns into white puffballs. the bees love the flowers! these bushes in my back yard are over 100 years old!

I have an excellent book (in French) from a Quebec publisher, pointing out how many dozen years various wildflowers can live. It really is amazing, isn’t it?

My owner says that when it rains, creosote bushes smell like, well, creosote. He likes that smell, misses the bushes. Don’t have anything like that in Ohio.
