cody bear’s friends

back to work this morning.  it’s going to be a nightmare.  just crazy busy.  i’m tired after the four day weekend.  just tired.  most of it was great and fun and busy.  yesterday was busy and sort of depressing.

but the dogs had fun.  they went to a friends for thanksgiving, entertained guests on saturday.  friday they romped just about all day.  pickles went to dog day care for a photo shoot with dog friends.  yesterday they rested, chewed things, chased cats and birds, etc.

they’re friends.

this morning when the alarm clock went off both dogs ignored it, making it even harder for me to get up.  when i told them to get up and go outside, they rubbed their heads on the bed, bellies in the air and snuggled closer.

that, my friends, is the canine equivalent of “call in sick today, mommy.”
