i had so much planned this weekend and had high expectations.  some plans were changed which was for the best.  and some things that happened were a fiasco.  plus, i got my picture taken way too many times yesterday; it was starting to get awkward.  it was my last day teaching the pet therapy program.  it was weird.  good group of graduates.

the dogs had fun this weekend, which is the most important thing, right?

here are some pictures i took saturday:

bee1a bee, of course.

the highlights of the weekend were probably hiking with the bear, practicing agility with miss pickles, wine and cheese with rebo and hearing the cats “squeaked” into the sweet 16.

now i have to go to my 9 to 5 job and pretend i’m not exhausted.

Lovely flowers. Ours won’t be out for most of a month still. *sigh* But they ARE coming! Living in a woods, we have about 25 types of wildflowers. Perhaps I’ll post them as they come out.

p.s. mtp…that dog’s not fluffy! how could it be the bear?

Maybe it could be the bear if the bear started using a new hair product … perhaps after a misguided “Queer Eye” makeover of some sort.

that’s what i was thinking dennis, a new hairdo.

i fostered an old mali about a year ago: 11 years old, crazy on the go-juice, all drive and work work work. i figured i’d never find a suitable home. but, alas, this fireman with a pistol on his belt came over one day and he and the old girl fell in love right on the spot. awesomeness.
